Ingredients:
Chicken breasts: butterflied and flattened
Green olives and Kalamata Olives
Pesto
Olive Oil
Feta Cheese
Sun dried tomatoes
Tomato basil seasoning (Mrs. Dash)
Process:
Blend pesto, olives, sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese with a splash of olive oil into a paste.
Apply paste to opened chicken breast, roll up (Use toothpicks or spaghetti to hold together, if necessary), sprinkle with tomato basil seasoning and seer breast in olive oil and tomato basil seasoning to golden brown.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Garnish with feta cheese and serve.
